What is Urban Glass Smoke Shop?

Urban Glass Smoke Shop is a rapidly growing retail chain specializing in high-quality smoking and vaping accessories, as well as a curated selection of legal herbs and alternative products. Established in 2022, we aim to provide a welcoming and informative environment for both seasoned enthusiasts and those curious about the world of smoking and vaping.   

Where are your stores located?

We currently have three convenient locations:

• Deer Park: 7158 Blue Ash Road, Cincinnati, OH 45236 (Corner of Webster & Blue Ash)    
• Walnut Hills: 772 East McMillan St, Cincinnati, OH 45206 (Corner of Chatham & East McMillan)    
• Newport: 411 East 10th St, Newport, KY 41071 (Corner of Monroe & East 10th)  

What are your store hours?

All our locations are open daily from 10 AM to 9 PM.   

What products do you offer?

We offer a wide variety of products, including:

• Vapes and E-Rigs: A comprehensive selection of vape pens, mods, e-liquids, and advanced e-rigs for concentrate enthusiasts    
• Glass Pipes and Water Pipes: Handcrafted glass pieces in various styles and sizes to suit individual preferences    
• Smoking Accessories: Grinders, rolling papers, storage containers, and other essentials for smokers    
• Legal Herbs and Alternatives: Delta 8, Kratom, THCa flower, CBD, Hemp, and other legal herbal products    
• Tobacco Products: A curated selection of premium tobacco products    

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.  

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we offer gift cards in various denominations, which can be redeemed at any of our locations. They make the perfect gift for any occasion!

Can I order online?

Currently, we do not offer online ordering. However, we are working on launching an e-commerce platform soon, so stay tuned!

Do you offer discounts or promotions?

Yes, we frequently offer discounts and promotions throughout the year. Be sure to follow us on social media and sign up for our newsletter to stay updated on the latest deals.

What is your loyalty program?

We offer a tiered loyalty program designed to reward our loyal customers. The program features three tiers: Regular, Crew, and Plug, each with increasing benefits and point thresholds. You can earn points for every purchase and redeem them for discounts on future purchases.
